A serviceman of the Azerbaijani army, conscript Ruslan Manafzade died as a result of a gunshot wound, AzVision.az reports citing the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan.
According to the press service, the incident took place at nearly 23:00 (GMT +4) on July 13.
On the fact of the conscript's death, the Military Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case under Article 125 of the Criminal Code, and the investigation is underway.
